yellowdave was started in 2001 by Helen Ward to provide individual tuiton on the most popular PC programs used by home and small business users.

Helen is an experienced, qualified teacher with a strong background in information technology.

We felt there was a genuine need for this service after hearing feedback that classroom-based courses were not always delivering the information needed.

Such courses tend to teach on computers that are running a different version of software than the student has at home and the tutor is often too busy to answer individual question.

With yellowdave you get to sit at your computer, running your software and get answers to your specific questions.

yellowdave operates in and around the St. Albans (Hertfordshire) area of the UK.
