When you are trying to learn a new skill it's normally because you need to get something done.  It can be frustrating to build up your understanding on a training system only to find you can't do the same thing on your home or work system.  Software versions can be different, even the layout of menus and toolbars can be customised - all of this can make it feel like an up hill battle.

Two of the key concepts behind Yellowdave is that you will get tuition on your computer using your software.  By approaching lessons on your own computer these issues can be uncovered quickly without you losing confidence with your system or yourself.

We also give out help sheets at each lesson. These can be used when your instructor is no longer next to you and these will take you step by step through what you have been shown.
